ABSTRACT:
We investigate the controllability problems of interconnected systems, such as switched systems, where the interconnection parameters are considered as control variables. For netwroks of linear systems the system lie algebra is completely characterized in terms of the connectivity properties of the interconnection graph. This is extended to characterizing accessibility of interconnected nonlinear systems.
