ABSTRACT:
The session will have 4 presentations from PhD students attending upcoming PV conferences.
"Formation mechanism and impact of the boron-oxygen related carrier-induced-degradation in compensated n-type silicon" by Fiacre Rougieux (to be presented at the IEEE PVSC, Seattle).
"The contribution of planes, vertices and edges to recombination at pyramidally textured surfaces" by Simeon Baker-Finch(IEEE PVSC, Seattle).
"Calculation of the magnitude and distribution of the electric charge in a thin film from the combined application of capacitance-voltage and Kelvin probe measurements" by Simeon Baker-Finch (ICMAT 2011, Singapore).
"Low Surface Recombination Velocities Achieved by Silicon Dioxide Grown Electrochemically in Nitric Acid" by Nick Grant (IEEE PVCS, Seattle).
